Surendra Phuyal

Surendra Phuyal is the editor of NepalMinute.com. He brings a wealth of experience across a range of genres, including climate, nature and current affairs. Between 2006-2020, he worked as a correspondent and presenter for BBC Nepali and BBC World Service. After a stint at the US daily Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in 2003, he returned to South Asia and set up The Kathmandu Post (his home newspaper)'s first foreign bureau in New Delhi, where he spent two years, covering a range of issues.
