Chief Minister of Karnali Province, Jeevan Bahadur Shahi, has visited Sinja, Jumla to attend a programme in the province.

Chief Minister Shahi, who attended the discussion and interaction regarding Karnali Province special programme implementation organised in Jumla on Thursday, has gone for a Sinja visit on Friday.

Chief Minister Shahi said that he has embarked on the visit to get updates on the construction status of different projects and infrastructures launched at Hima, Sinja and Kanakasundari rural municipalities located in the Sinja area.

These projects have been implemented by the federation and province governments.

He said, "I have now reached Sinja rural municipality. I am going to visit the special economic zone at Khichchane of Kanakasundari and will return after conducting detailed survey for the construction of residential training centre there."

The team comprising the Chief Minister would enquire about Sinja civilisation, archeological and historic heritages of Sinja and their recent condition. The team is scheduled to return back to Surkhet on Saturday. - RSS
